Susanne is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned business consultant specializing in the business of health care. Her career has spanned across several sections of the healthcare industry and her background is in consulting, process improvement, marketing and public relations, business management, strategic planning, creating and developing start-up companies, contract negotiations, and business development. She founded, owns and manages several healthcare companies, including The Verden Group, a healthcare management consulting firm.
Susanne holds an MBA in both Management Systems and Information & Communication Systems, a BSc in Business and in Economics, and an Executive Cert in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT. She has applied her formal learning to understanding the principles of knowledge management and how information can be transformed into comprehension at all levels with the right facilitation.
